In addition to our camping and caravan pitches we also have five camping barns providing accommodation from 2 to 12 people.
All camping barns are provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, toaster and a kettle. We also provide some pans, frying pans and dishes. If you are looking to cook something special for your group we do suggest bringing pots/dishes with you.
Bedding (including pillows) is required for Hill Carr and the Stables barns. Bedding and towels are provided for the Gatehouse barn and Warren Carr.
Sorry, but we do not allow dogs in any of the barns.
To book any of the barns please call 01629 650245 for availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required when booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
The camping barns are covered by our no noise policy after 10.30pm.
Sorry but we only accept mixed-sex groups in our barns. We also do not accept hen or stag parties.
Our camping barns can also be used for children's birthday parties including sleepovers, corporate meetings, team building events etc - please ask for details.

A variety of national supermarket chains will deliver to our accommodation. However, there is a new alternative that we can recommend which directly supports local businesses called SaucedHere.co.uk

Even items that are not produced here in the Peak District are purchased from the region’s village shops or alike. Gatehouse Barn
A luxurious traditional barn which sleeps 2 people. Spacious kitchen with granite worktop, washing machine and built in fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. A large lounge/bedroom/dining area with freeview tv, comfy sofas, dining table and chairs, double bed, wardrobe and heating. It has it's own bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower over, perfect to relax in at the end of a busy day's walking in the surrounding countryside. There is an enclosed courtyard outside the barn which is also for the use of the Warren Carr and Stables barns aswell. This is a lovely barn for a romantic treat or just a weekend away.
Stables Barn
Sleeps 6 people in 3 sets of bunk beds. This barn has excellent views and modern decor including a well fitted kitchen which includes oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, table and 6 chairs, TV with freeview and heating. The bathroom for use with the Stables barn is adjacent which is accessed via a small enclosed courtyard. The courtyard is also for the use of the Gatehouse and Warren Carr barns aswell.
Hill Carr Barn
Sleeps 12 people in single beds. This barn has idyllic views, fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. TV with freeview, dining table and 12 chairs and heating.
The Hill Carr does not have its own toilet and shower facilities, toilet and shower facilities for this barn are sited in the main campsite area.
Warren Carr Courtyard
A new modern luxurious self catering barn that sleeps up to 4 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds. The barn features an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area with a large wall mounted Freeview television.
The kitchen features an integrated dish washer, integrated fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. All cutlery will be provided.
The main bathroom downstairs has a Jacuzzi bath with over head shower, large wash basin and WC.
There is an upstairs that accommodates a room with a double sofa bed, a room with two single beds and a separate WC and wash basin.
Sabine Hay Barn
A new luxurious self-catering barn that sleeps up to 2 people (1 double bed). The barn features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge area with wall-mounted Freeview television. The kitchen features an integrated fridge freezer, cooker, kettle, and toaster. All cutlery provided.
The bathroom has a shower, basin, and WC.
The barn also features a luxury hot tub with a secluded outdoor seating area.
