Camping Barns
As well as our camping and caravan pitches, we have five camping barns, offering a choice of accommodation for groups of 2 to 12 people.
Whether you're looking for simple, practical accommodation for an outdoor adventure or something a little more comfortable for a relaxing break, we have a barn to suit you.
Camping Barn and Bunkhouse
Our Hill Carr Barn and Stables Barn are our more traditional camping-barn accommodation — ideal if you're looking for a simple and affordable base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Guests staying in these barns will need to bring their own bedding, pillows and towels.
Both barns are equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, a toaster and kettle. We also provide a selection of pans, frying pans and dishes. If you're planning to cook something special for your group, we recommend bringing any particular pots or dishes you may need.
Self-Catering Barns
For those looking for a little more comfort, we have three beautifully equipped barns:
Gatehouse Barn – Sleeps 2
A comfortable barn for two, perfect for a cosy countryside break.
Warren Carr Barn – Sleeps 4
A great option for families or small groups, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Sabine Hay Barn – Sleeps 2
Our special hideaway for two. Sabine Hay is our most luxurious barn and comes complete with its own private hot tub, making it the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape in the countryside.
Bedding and towels are provided in Gatehouse Barn, Warren Carr Barn and Sabine Hay Barn, so you can arrive and settle straight in.

Dogs are not permitted in any of our camping barns.

We operate a no-noise policy after 10.30pm.

We welcome mixed-sex groups but are unable to accept hen or stag parties.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable 7 days before arrival.
Gatehouse Barn

Charming and spacious, Gatehouse barn is a well-presented, traditional barn that features a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, a built-in fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine, making it ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. The generous open-plan living, dining and sleeping area provides a comfortable and welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the surrounding countryside. The room also includes a wardrobe and heating for your comfort throughout the year. The barn has its own private bathroom, complete with whirlpool bath and shower.
Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard, shared with guests staying in the neighbouring Warren Carr and Stables barns. It's a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Stables Barn

Stables Barn is a comfortable camping barn, sleeping up to six guests in three sets of bunk beds. Warm and welcoming, it provides a relaxed and practical base for families, friends and groups looking to enjoy the surrounding area.
The barn has a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, along with a dining table and six chairs. There is also a TV and heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay whatever the weather.
The bathroom, which Stables Barn has exclusive use of, is accessed via a small enclosed courtyard, shared with neighbouring Gatehouse and Warren Carr barns.
*Please note: Stables Barn is a camping barn, so guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels. The accommodation provides the perfect simple and comfortable base for enjoying the countryside.
Hill Carr Barn

Hill Carr is a spacious and comfortable camping barn, sleeping up to 12 guests in single beds. The barn enjoys idyllic views, making it a wonderful base for groups looking to enjoy a peaceful rural getaway. Hill Carr has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, along with a large dining table and seating for 12 guests. There is also a TV and heating throughout, providing a warm and comfortable retreat after a day in the countryside.
*Please note: Hill Carr does not have its own toilet or shower facilities. Toilets and showers are located within the main campsite area, a short distance from the barn. It is a camping barn so guests need to bring their own bedding and towels.

This beautifully converted traditional barn combines the character and charm of a countryside barn with a stylish, modern interior. Sleeping up to four guests, it provides comfortable self-catering accommodation for families or friends looking for a relaxing countryside getaway.
Warren Carr has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, making it a welcoming space to relax and a large wall-mounted TV provides entertainment for cosy evenings in.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. The ground-floor bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower, large wash basin and WC.
Upstairs, there are two separate sleeping areas: one with a double sofa bed and another with two single beds. There is also a separate WC and wash basin upstairs for added convenience.
Sabine Hay Barn

A firm favourite with couples, this beautifully appointed self-catering barn offers a peaceful and romantic countryside escape for two.
The barn features a comfortable double bed and a spacious open-plan living area, combining the kitchen, dining and lounge spaces. The well-equipped kitchen includes an integrated fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster, with all cutlery provided.
The modern bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outside, the barn has its own secluded hot tub and outdoor seating area, offering the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and breath-taking countryside views.
