Barn Farm Campsite – Site Rules & Information
We don’t like a lot of rules, but we would appreciate your co-operation with the following guidelines to help ensure that everyone enjoys their stay at Barn Farm.
Important Information
Please book online before your stay. Arriving without a booking may result in you being turned away if we have no availability.
Check-in is strictly from 12pm. Please report to reception on arrival, where you will be given a named, dated security tag. Do not go directly onto your pitch as failure to have this tag may result in you being evicted from the site.
Check-in times
Monday–Thursday: 12:00 noon – 5:00 pm
Friday: 12:00 noon – 8:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00 noon – 5:00 pm

Check-out: Please vacate your pitch by 11:00 am on your day of departure.

Site speed limit: 5 mph throughout the campsite.

Quiet hours: We have a strict No Noise policy from 10:30 pm.

All music must be switched off by 10:30 pm.

Please keep noise to an absolute minimum between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am, including in the camping barns.

Anyone continually causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the campsite

No open fires permitted anywhere on site.

BBQs are permitted, but they must be raised off the ground. Bricks are available on site if required.

Raised firepits with spark guards are permitted only if well supervised

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Hooks are provided outside the facilities to secure your dog while using them.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, particularly in the play area. Whilst in the play area it is your responsibility to ensure children do not hurt themselves or others.

Sign-written transit vans are not permitted on site unless you have spoken to a member of staff before making your booking.

There are restrictions on bookings for all-male or all-female groups of more than 3 people. If you wish to book a single-sex group, please contact us before making your booking.

Hen and stag parties are not accepted at Barn Farm.
Fridge & Freezer

The fridge in the laundry area and freezers in the games room are available for your personal use. Please note that the games room is locked at 8pm each evening, opening first thing in the morning.

Please place all food in a bag clearly marked with your name and the date.

Please remove all food from the fridge or freezer at the end of your stay.

Any food left in the fridge/freezer is left at the owner's risk.

Alcoholic beverages must not be left in the communal fridge.
