We do not like rules but we would appreciate your co-operation on the following to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable stay at Barn Farm -
Rules!!
We are a family site and we have a strict No Noise policy after 10.30pm. On site music has to be OFF at this time and we ask that noise is kept to a minimum from 10:30pm - 7:00am anywhere on the campsite including the camping barns. Anyone continually causing a disturbance will be asked to leave Barn Farm.
NO open fires/campfires are allowed in any circumstances.
Parents/Guardians are to ensure that their children are supervised at all times especially in the play area. It is not supervised and it is your responsibility to ensure that they do not hurt themselves or others.
The site speed limit is 5 mph.
We ask that NO alcoholic beverages are left in the fridge.
Dog's must be kept on a lead at all times. There are hooks outside the facilities for you to tie your dog to whilst you use them. Only guide dogs are permitted in the facilities.
Please report to reception on arrival. Do not go straight onto a pitch.
BBQ's are permitted but must be raised off the ground. We do have bricks on site if you require them.
Transit vans are not permitted on site.
Hen and Stag parties are not accepted on site.
There are restrictions on bookings for all male or all female parties of over 3 people. If you wish to book a single sex party you must tell us about this before making the booking.
Reminders!!
Please remember to ring up and book before you arrive!! Anyone turning up without booking will be turned away.
Every camping booking, except Duke of Edinburgh groups, will be given a reference number, please ensure you have it with you when you check-in.
Please keep your receipt with you at all times as you may be asked for it at anytime!
The Fridge and Freezer in the Games Room are both there for your personal use. Please put all food in a bag clearly marked with your name and date. At the end of your stay at Barn Farm please ensure that you remove any food left in the Fridge or Freezer. All items left in the fridge or freezer are left at the owner's risk!
Check-in is from 12:00 midday up to 05:00 pm. Monday - Thursday.
Friday Check-in is from 12:00 Midday up to 08:00 pm.
Saturday check-in is from 12:00 midday up to 5:00 pm.
We ask that you vacate by 11:00 am on your day of leave.
